What is “MIX”?
Middle School Conference
MIX is a 4-day summer camp in Roach, MO, built for middle school brains, hearts, and bodies. Moments at MIX change lives and could be the most important four days of your student’s summer. As students engage in sung worship, engage in impactful sermons, and connect in small groups, students will come face to face with the theme “Kingdom Workers.” Being a Kingdom Worker means using our gifts, talents, and abilities for God’s work in the world. They aren’t too young, they are never alone, and with Jesus, they can keep the beat. They are invited to: hear God’s rhythm, join God’s rhythm, and play God’s rhythm.

Encounter Cove is set on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Roach, Missouri. With abundant acreage, charming facilities, and extra activities, the campground has something for every camper. This camp is designed to give you and your group a space to relax and a path to have fun while building relationships.

What are the Costs?

Missions Scholarship:
$117.50
Total Cost: This includes transportation, all lodging, conference programing and activities, conference meals and white water rafting.
$80 Deposit: This is due immediately after you have completed the registration form for CIY. You are not considered fully pre-registered until we have received this deposit. This amount will be applied to your total cost. Registration begins on 12/1/25 and will close on 2/28/26.
$117.50 Missions Scholarship: The Missions Ministry Team wants to encourage families to be involved in Christian camps and conferences by helping to defray the cost. If you want to accept the Missions Ministry Scholarship, you will need to indicate that as you complete the registration form. The scholarship is available for all Crossroads students and students that do not have a church home. (You can only use the Missions scholarship once per student per summer.)
Other Payments: There are two additional payment deadlines. On 2.28.26 you will need to pay an additional $80. The final balance for your account will be due on 4.30.26
$35 late fee: To avoid the late fee make sure that you complete all forms and pay all fees according to the timeline. If you have a remaining balance after 4/30/26 the $35 late fee will be added to your account.
Additional Costs: You will need to bring extra money for 1 meal on the road as well as snack & souvenir money.
Fundraisers: We will host a few fundraisers througout the semester to help you earn money for this conference. You must participate in a fundraiser to benefit from it.

Medical Release Forms:
For this trip you will need to complete two seperate release forms.
CIY Conference form: When you complete to registration form you will be automatically redirected to the CIY EMR form for our group. Complete and submit that form and you will be done.
