October PrimeTime: Hot Dog Cookout
October 7 @ 6:00p
Join us for a fun evening out on the South Lawn of the Church on October 7th at 6:00p. We will be hosting our Annual Fall Hot Dog Cookout event. Cook your hot dogs over an open fire, make s’mores or roast a marshmallow and spend time visiting with your family and friends at Crossroads. This is also a great time to invite neighbors or friends.
The fellowship team will provide all the hot dogs, buns, condiments, s’mores and drinks. We ask that each family bring a picnic side or chips to share. Don’t forget to bring your bug spray and a lawn chair.

Crossroads Fall Fest

Join us for Crossroads Fall Fest, a FREE family event filled with fun for all ages! Enjoy trunk or treat, a bounce houses, cake walk, games, and much more. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors and come celebrate a fun-filled evening together!
Candy collection has started and can be dropped off in the lobby!
We are also looking for volunteers to help with activities, decorate trunks, and pass out candy during Trunk or Treat. If you’re interested in serving, please fill out the form below. We would love to have you be a part of making this event a success!

XR Students Hootenanny

Grab your flannel and come ready for a fall night with XRS at the Hootenanny! We’re turning the evening into a full-on barn party with a bonfire, fall-themed games and activities, swing dancing, good food, and plenty of time to hang out together. Wear your best flannel, bring a friend, and come enjoy one of the best nights of the season with XR Students.
The Event
November 6-7, 2026
XR Students will be attending The Event at Ozark Christian College on November 6-7, 2026. The Event exists to challenge high school students to pursue a life on mission with God and to encourage and equip those who minister to youth. This event is designed for high school groups to attend with youth sponsors, engaging with God’s Word through worship services, small-group discussion, and elective classes. The goal is to get high school students to consider training for Christian service in the future.

ICOM Missions Conference
November 12-14, 2026
St. Louis, MO
Crossroads wants to invite you to attend the 2026 ICOM (International Conference on Missions) conference in St. Louis, Mo. This conference is specifically centered around ministry. It is a great place to discover how you can serve or support those who serve around the world. Crossroads has purchased a church-wide registration which will allow your and/or your family to attend at a 70% discount.
You will be able to meet and connect with various ministries (and their workers) from all around the world. Some of these ministries are ones that Crossroads supports or that we have introduced you to in the past. Ministries like Haitian Christian Outreach, Books and More, Mustard Seed Network, MMS Aviation, Team Expansion, IDES and more.
Crossroads Kids Big House
November 13-14
Big House is an overnight event designed for 3-5th graders where we gather with a couple other local churchs’ children’s ministries. We’d love for your kids to join us for an unforgettable night of fun, faith, and friendship. By meeting and having fun with other kids from different churches, we’ll celebrate the big, beautiful community of God that stretches far beyond our own church walls.
Tonganoxie Christian Church will be hosting the event this year! The plan is to carpool from Crossroads; parent chaperones are welcome (see registration options). While it will be lock-in style with all the food and games your kids can imagine, the evening will also include a hayride, inflatable fun, and campfire worship/devotional time!

Christmas Worship Choir
Wednesdays, 7:45p
Join our Worship Choir this fall as we prepare to lead music in our contemporary worship services during the Christmas season! We will gather weekly for rehearsals from 7:45-9:00 PM in the Children’s Center.
This is a fun and meaningful opportunity to be part of worship alongside a larger ensemble. If you love to sing but prefer being part of a group, we would love for you to join us!
