Emily Beuster is the Preschool Director of Crossroads Christian Preschool and Parents Day Out, where she is currently serving in her fourth year as Director. She has dedicated 19 years to Early Childhood Education, working in both teaching and assisting roles throughout her career.

 

Emily began her career in St. Charles, Missouri, where she taught for five years. She then spent four years teaching Early Childhood Special Education in Olathe, Kansas, before joining Crossroads Christian Preschool and Parents Day Out, where she has been part of the Crossroads family for the past six years.

 

Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Early Interventions in Autism and Sensory Impairments. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.

 

Outside of school, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their daughter, Evelyn. As a family, they love spending time together and enjoying the company of their pets—Rosie, their dog, and Honey, their cat. Emily feels blessed to combine her passion for early childhood education with the opportunity to serve the children and families at Crossroads.
