What is “MOVE”?
High School Conference
This year, we will be trekking to beautiful Cleveland, TN, near the Ocoee River, for our High School Summer Conference. CIY MOVE is a 5-day conference focused on building up students to be Kingdom workers and being His church.
As students engage in sung worship, engage in impactful sermons, and connect in small groups, students will come face to face with the theme of “Kingdom Workers.” They will learn that as God’s chosen creation, they are: Loved by the king, rescued from darkness, united with others, changed forever, and sent to the world!

Lee University is nestled in the heart of southern Tennessee, where hospitality and good food collide to make the perfect spot to bring any youth group. Cleveland, TN offers great dining locations, a cozy shopping district downtown, and it’s just minutes from the Ocoee river. Go ride the same rapids that Olympic kayakers practice on!

What are the Costs?

Missions Scholarship:
$117.50
Total Cost: This includes transportation, all lodging, conference programing and activities, conference meals and white water rafting.
$116 Deposit: This is due immediately after you have completed the registration form for CIY. You are not considered fully pre-registered until we have received this deposit. This amount will be applied to your total cost. Registration begins on 12/1/26 and closes on 2/28/26.
$85 second payment: A second payment for your trip costs is due on 2.28.26 and it will be applied direclty to your account.
$117.50 Missions Scholarship: The Missions Ministry Team wants to encourage families to be involved in Christian camps and conferences by helping to defray the cost. If you want to accept the Missions Ministry Scholarship, you will need to indicate that as you complete the registration form. The scholarship is available for all Crossroads students and students that do not have a church home. (You can only use the Missions scholarship once per student per summer.) Scholarship will be applied to your account on 2/28/26
Final Payment deadline is on 4/30/26. Account balance must be paid by this date.
$35 Late Fee: To avoid the late fee make sure that you complete all forms and pay all fees according to the timeline. If you have a remaining balance after 4/30/26 the $35 late fee will be added to your account.
Additional Costs: You will need to bring extra money for 5 meals on the road as well as snack & souvenir money.
Fundraisers: We will host a few fundraisers throughout the semester to help you earn money for this conference. You must participate in a fundraiser to benefit from it.

Medical Release Forms:
For this trip you will need to complete two separate release forms.
CIY Camp Doc form: When you complete to registration form you will be automatically redirected to the CIY EMR form for our group. Complete and submit that form and you will be done.
White Water Rafting Form: This form will be sent to you directly from Stephen at a later date.
