This trip will have a three part purpose.

Part 1:  Cultural experience in the country of Japan with a mix of tradition and modern existence.  We will visit several sites of historic and cultural significance.

Part 2:  Engaging People  as an act of encouragement to those living in Japan.  We meet and connect with the staff and members of the Mustard Seed church in Kyoto.

Part 3:  Serving the church by working a fall festival, leading an English Connect class, attending Sunday morning worship and completing a work project

A non-refundable deposit and  copy of your passport will need to be

turned in by July 6th to lock in your spot for the trip.

Costs:  Estimated

Trip Expenses:     $3,050

Includes flight, airport train, lodging, project fees and insurance.  This amount is part of the payment plan.

July 6th             1st Payment $800 (and passport copy)

Aug. 10th         2nd Payment $800 (less scholarship)

Sept. 14th        Final Payment of remaining balance

Scholarship:

Crossroads Christian Missions Ministry Team awards mission trip scholarships to those who attend Crossroads on a regular basis.  The scholarship for this trip will be approximately $600 if you choose to accept it.

Personal Expenses:    $660

$360 for food, $300 for site seeing,  This amount is money you will bring with you in cash or debit card.  This amount does not include what you will want for souvenirs and snacks.
