Our Primary focus for this trip to Jordan is to provide leadership and asistance to the Summer programing at Books and More.  We could be invovled in cooking, art, games and more.  We will work with kids, teens and adults.

The programing we provide can also be determined by the skills and talents of those who sign up for the trip.  So, if you are a nurse, perhaps we can give first aid classes.  If you like to play music perhaps we can have a jam session.

The options are infinite and all designed to create connection and provide opportunity for building relationships.

We will also plan a few excursions to see the sites in and around Amman…but our main focus will be the summer programming at Books and More.

We will have an informational meeting on March 30th. 

On that date you will need to committ to the trip by making a non-refundable deposit.

Costs:  Estimated

Trip Expenses:     $2,600

Includes flight, airport transportation, lodging, project fees and insurance.  This amount is part of the payment plan.

Payment Plan:

March 30th        Non-refundable deposit of $800

May 30th            2nd payment of $800 (less scholarship)

June 30th            Final Payment

Scholarship:

Crossroads Christian Missions Ministry Team awards mission trip scholarships to those who attend Crossroads on a regular basis.  The scholarship for this trip will be approximately $600 if you choose to accept it.

Personal Expenses:    $600

$325 for food, $150 for site seeing, $75 for Visa, $50 for local taxis.  This amount is money you will bring with you in cash or debit card.

*You will need a valid passport with 90 days remainining after the conclusion of the trip.
