Crossroads Christian Church Pastoral Team Ministry uses the Stephen Ministry program to provide an avenue of service for those who want to help and an avenue of care for those who need support.  Led by Scott Robinson and Troy Reed who are themselves fully trained volunteer Stephen Ministers.
